At AionQuest, every garment begins its life in the Mediterranean. It's in the heart of Greece that our organic European cotton is precisely processed.

1. A traced origin, an exceptional fiber.
Our cotton is grown without pesticides or GMOs, in European fields (Greece & Türkiye), for a controlled carbon footprint and total traceability.

2. Fiber transformation: the quest for softness.
The cotton balls are first shredded, washed, and then combed to retain only the long, strong fibers. This process limits pilling and ensures an ultra-soft feel.

3. Spinning & compact yarn: quiet strength.
The fibers are stretched, twisted, and refined to create a consistent, strong, and smooth yarn. This essential step results in ring-spun yarn—ideal for durable and comfortable pieces.

4. Circular mesh: the material takes shape.
On circular knitting machines, the yarns are transformed into a textile surface. Up to 8,000 rows of stitches per minute. The result: a dense, breathable, and supple material.

5. Perfect dyeing & regularity.
The fabric rolls are then batch-dyed. This process ensures a uniform, deep color that won't fade after the first wash.

6. Laser cutting: precision is king.
Using ultra-precise laser cutters, each piece is cut according to our in-house patterns, designed for a balanced and inclusive oversized fit.

7. Hand assembly & finishing.
The pieces are carefully sewn according to the strictest European standards in a small workshop. Each seam is checked by hand. Nothing is left to chance.

8. Final wash, quality control, ironing & packaging.
Before arriving in Brittany for screen printing, our garments are pre-washed, ironed, and carefully folded. At this point, they are ready to become iconic pieces.

Each piece is hand-screen printed in our Breton workshop using water-based inks that are gentle on skin and the environment. This is where the garment becomes a unique work of art.

10. Ship with care
After a final check, your piece is carefully folded, packaged, and shipped. From our workshop to your closet, your garment is ready to embark on a new adventure—yours.
